time-1.14 changelog says "add Lift instances to all types" but it's not true #269
Description
THere are no Lift for
- TimeOfDay
- CalendarDiffTime
- LocalTime
- ZonedTime / TimeZone
- Quarter
Relatedly, some types don't have Generic, e.g. Month
This feels somewhat arbitrary; Quarter and Month are quite similar types, I'd expect both to have Lift and Generic intances for example.
