Extended maintainer profiles

For example with a brief description and a website link. This would make it possible for maintainers to verify their profile through rel=me links

We can probably do something like this; but this also comes at an additional cost for moderation and spam-prevention. And somebody needs to implement it... :-)

@phadej or me might even hide the user-profile for anonymous sessions until the account has been unlocked -- you can already abuse the display name field currently to convey spam messages :-)
