- Patches conform to the coding conventions.
- Any changes that could be relevant to users have been recorded in the changelog.
- The documentation has been updated, if necessary.
- Manual QA notes have been included.
This became necessary after an upgrade to GHC 9.4, which, apparently, has a subtle change in how -W/-w-related things get interpreted.

Oh, it fails because of the problem addressed in #9303. Let's just push all the fixes there. |
