FieldGrammar backend for production of full BNF of particular Cabal grammar.

Since a FieldGrammar is constructed in the tagless style, we can give it multiple semantics as backends. A useful one would be a BNF spec of the full grammar described, suitable for reference and consumption elsewhere.
