Which group is `cabal path`, global or project configuration?

**What is wrong with the docs?**
In the users guide `cabal path` is a global command but with `cabal --help` (shown in the [commands section](https://cabal.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cabal-commands.html#commands)) it is in the [project configuration] group, not the [global] group.
