Project still maintained?

I want to check if this project is still being maintained and if it is still accepting contributions? I raised a PR almost a month ago and there has been no activity since then. Generally there hasn't been a single commit in 3 months which is why I ask if this project is still active.

We just published v3.1.0 of the action, which should mean your changes are now available without referencing a branch or an opaque commit.
