Terraform 12 does not support datasync location for FSX Windows

This issue was originally opened by @gonzaloraisin as hashicorp/terraform#24347. It was migrated here as a result of the provider split. The original body of the issue is below.

There are modules like
aws_datasync_location_efs
aws_datasync_location_nfs
aws_datasync_location_s3
aws_datasync_location_smb
But missing FSX Windows .

I'm going to lock this issue because it has been closed for 30 days ⏳. This helps our maintainers find and focus on the active issues.
