Description

During the sourcebundle build process, if a provided .terraformignore ruleset specifies a directory with the trailing / omitted (e.g. .vscode), we fail to skip subsequent reads for files located within the removed subpath. This results in a an error to install the source package.

Known Workaround

Modifying the .terraformignore ruleset with a trailing slash for ignoring a directory. .vscode/ or .vscode/**
