This PR attempts to clarify the godoc for
WatchSet. Specifically I want to document thatWatchSet.WatchCtxonly returns an error if the context is what caused it to unblock. Consul depends on this behaviour, and we don't want it to change accidentally. I made a few other edits while I was reading over the docs. Happy to make changes if my first draft is not clear.
