Description
This PR adds redirects for pages that did not have a versioned redirect entry previously. The majority of these pages are net-new content from the IA restructure, so they self-redirect to prevent 404 errors.
While checking the pages for redirect issues, I encountered a two pages with the same content. This PR also removes one of these pages.
