Replaces time element with Hds::Time component

Note: For sessions route on both Admin and DC, time format is slightly different as Hds does not support the current data and time format

New: Dec 15, 2025, 4:52:58 PM CST

How to Test

1. Admin UI - Go to Session recordings, Channels by connection, Channel details and Sessions route and verify time is rendered with correct format
2. Desktop UI - Go to Sessions route and Active sessions fly out and verify time is rendered with correct format
