Show more detailed information for freeze transactions

Freeze transactions are missing a lot of details when displayed via the hedera mirror node explorer.

An example of this would be to look at recent transactions involving the system account 0.0.58, which sends the network freeze transactions used for hedera network updates. Here's a recent transaction:

Although the transaction itself is displayed, information such as what kind of freeze it is, the associated time (when applicable), etc. are not shown.

Mirror node returns a generic description of transactions no matter its type (see below).
I don’t think there is any plan to add transaction type specific info.
But if it happens, Explorer will display this info.

Moreover, we don't even store full freeze information currently.
