This PR lets you decide whether to preview a post for the LIL blog or for the H2O blog.
There is now a toggle button in a banner in the upper right.
The LIL blog is the default; your selection is stored in a cookie.
URLs in the instructions are updated accordingly along with the styles.
I have not made absolutely sure that the markdown and head matter for the two sites is identical, but I'm pretty sure it is.
