[Feature]: Make Contributors page properly responsive for smaller screen sizes and change the position of ScrolltoTop btn

Description

So currently I have discovered two issue:

• Minor fix: Change positioning of ScrolltoTop btn so that social links aren't overlapped
• The current contributors page lacks responsiveness for smaller screens...

Justification

• Currently, ScrolltoTop btn is overlapping the linkedin icon and an user is unable to click the icon due to the position of button over it

• Small screen users will get to view the contributors page properly
