First pass at a script for #14. Have just thrown a whole heap of ideas at the plot to see what works and can strip some out later if it's too busy.

rhdf5 is a bioconductor package if you're trying to test it out.

Hey, just to say this looks great thanks.
I'm off on holiday for a couple of weeks now- but will look at this properly as soon as I'm back.
Thanks again.

Enjoy the break! I might have a play around with comparing coaches in the meantime.

Is it alright if I put up a post somewhere looking at this? I have a blog for BB stats stuff that's woefully neglected at the moment. And pretty graphs are always a good motivator to get something done :)

Hello, I'm back. I saw your excellent tool for interactive behaviour of this; perhaps it would be helpful for us to have a chat about how stuff should be organised. If you're happy to support your tool, it probably doesn't need to be incorporated here?

On another note- I assume your app is in shiny? I wouldn't mind picking your brain about hosting.

In the meantime, the mst important thing I can do is give you access to the new HDF5 for May. I'll open an new issue.

I’m happy to support it, or work out a way to host it where the data will be stored.

I’ll email you separately and we can work out the best way to go about organising things.
