Different timing for CAN and CAN-FD with Kvaser?

I don't know about the other controllers, but Kvaser supports different timings for CAN-FD than the standard bus timings.
Python-can should support passing separate tseg1, tseg2 and sjw to canSetBusParamsFd API.
