license of "viewer"

The two files can/viewer.py and test/test_viewer.py both have a header saying:

Copyright (C) 2018 Kristian Sloth Lauszus. All rights reserved.

I think this "license" ("all rights reserved") is incompatible with the LGPL-v3 under which the rest of the project is distributed.
Hopefully it is only an omission by the initial author (@Lauszus) and the files should in fact have an LGPL-v3 license. (Otherwise the files probably have to be removed).

It would be great if you could clarify the actual license of these files.
