minCardPlatformVersion增加值校验，小于2000按旧的打包格式打包，大于2000按新的打包（拆出template.json和css.json）格式打包
如果用到picker、marquee、video三个组件对minCardPlatformVersion、minPlatformVersion做校验，最小值为1202
watch模式下只要有卡片，就都打出rpks+rpk包
