Research Integrity Studio is a desktop-first workbench for research teams to audit manuscripts before submission, build a reviewable evidence ledger, and turn integrity risks into compliant repair tasks.
Product principle: this is a research quality-control and manuscript repair workflow, not a tool for making accusations or hiding misconduct.
The MVP focuses on one local paper project workflow:
- Import or open a sample paper project.
- Run a structured Geng-methodology inspired audit.
- Generate findings across figures, numeric tables, methods consistency, citation integrity, and data availability.
- Build an evidence ledger where every finding points back to a figure/table/page/source-data anchor.
- Convert findings into fix tasks for a PI/student team.
- Export a PI brief and repair checklist.
