Saving and Loading results

OpenPOPCON needs to be able to save and load results simply. A results folder should be specified in the settings yaml file, in which folders will be populated including:

• The geqdsk and profiles files if used
• All inputs required to reproduce the result, ideally including the git commit ID of the code
• Plots in pdf format

Folders should be named in a way that is systematic and includes information about the run. Unsure about this at the moment.

Scans, when they are implemented, should have one folder per scan not per POPCON, with files inside named accordingly.

Since OpenPOPCON can be a bit slow to run, I wonder if we also want to save the results as a .json (or other format) file. This could be especially helpful with larger scans, letting the user return to the outputs directly to change a plot, etc.

Yes! I was envisioning saving a .npy of all the output arrays, or a pickle, but wasn't sure what the best way to do it would be yet.

I generally recommend JSON unless the data is prohibitively large for text. In that case HDF5 is usually a good bet.
