Can we bookmark functions as well?

It will be really useful if we are able to bookmark functions as well (in addition to bookmarking files) using this plugin. I would like to bookmark functions and have them arranged hierarchically in tree form. The standard eclipse bookmark plugin allows us to bookmark functions, but we cannot arrange the bookmarks in the tree structure.
