"Give Feedback" button doesn't show by default

When in https://datasektionen.link/D21 or https://datasektionen.link/D20, the "Give Feedback" button doesn't show by default. 

One way to make the "Give Feedback" button appear is to click on a course (e.g. https://datasektionen.link/D21/course/SF1671) and then close the course window. I believe that the "Give Feedback" button always should be visible.
