When querying transformed data by selecting on map, source data is displayed in the Transformed data view

In the Transformed data view I chose the option "Use instances selected in the application, e.g. in the Map View". Then I clicked on a geometry in the Map View (using the option to only display Transformed data).
The data displayed in the Map View has an unexpected structure and shows attributes that are only contained in the source data:
