Start sync instantly + Add path to clippings.txt

I manually sync book clippings via txt file. But it's extra clicks.
Possibly add setting with mode - amazon or by file. And add ability to set path to clippings.txt to sync it in automatic mode.

If path is set - sync would automatic start.
