Transcluded tags aren't picked up

I was going to rely upon a transcluded page to also take care of the tags, but they aren't grouped according to the tag on my landing page.

That is, they are rendered, but not used by the Overview page.

Hmm, I don't know if we want this happens, it might be annoying if user accidentally add tags to a note but they just want to embed a note.

Could you describe more about your use case?

I'm trying to make a set of pages cohere (related to #96) and am now using transclusion to create a link back to the home page. Since the tags are visually represented in the transclusion, I naturally expected their organizing function to be as well.
