How did you do this?

Added new field called sendEmail and new constant called SEND_EMAIL_LABEL (the description for the term). Edited the following files: userTypes, ManageApplicationForm, validationSchema, constants

How to test:

Run the dashboard and hackerAPI.

Questions:

Not sure if the database is also updated with the new boolean.
