Message HfLA AWS account holders about pending deletion

Overview

We need to message all the account holders who have not logged in for 6 months or more so that we can make sure there is no reason not to delete them.

Action Items

• make a spreadsheet of these, in the DevOps (or ops) drive

1. AWS account name
2. real name or project name
3. is project (T/F drop down)
4. GitHub
5. email
6. slack handle
7. date emailed
8. date slacked

• lookup in tables to try to find the info for 2,4,5,6
• write Slack message (letting them know if we don't hear from them the account will be deleted per our new policy)
• get approval for message
• send a group message to them on Slack
• update spreadsheet
