Context:

• This story covers a portion of functionality needed for Section 2 | Host Epics #456

The Problem

Currently hosts do not have an online way to see all the tasks and track their onboarding progress of becoming the host

User Story:

As a host, I want to see the steps on how to become a host and complete all the tasks as well as tracking the progress to see what's next and see whom I matched with.

High Level Approach

A dashboard page with a list of tasks outlining the steps:

• profile and onboarding

• host profile
• coordinator interview
• home inspection
• training session

• guest matching

• guest information & contact
• coordination to meet
• in person meeting with guest

• contract
• match finalized

Considerations

• Coordinators will be using desktop or tablet--> use responsive design

Metrics

Success if host can complete the tasks in a timely manner (time TBD)
Success if host completes applications
Time it take host takes to complete each step

Acceptance criteria

• Host is able to see a list of tasks in stepwise order
• Host is able to expand a task group to see the tasks in that group with status and descriptions
• Host is able to check the status of tasks and determine which need to be completed
• Host is able to click into the icon to complete a task or finish completing a draft
• host is able to see a live update of the progress
• progress is saved and could be updated depending on coordinator, guest, or host
