UXD - Update progress modal with countdown and "please wait" message

Overview

We need to update the progress modal with language that indicates time remaining to load and the "please wait" message
so that we decrease the number of user’s who abandon the process.

Action Items

• Complete Design Iterations section below
  • create a loading bar that indicates the percentage downloaded
  • create multiple states of the "please wait" message, depending on the download size
    • for short to medium download time, consider using minimal message
    • for long download times, explain that loading more data will take more time
• Document user interaction in Figma
• Update the Hand Off section of this ticket with the final iteration of this design
