Accept invite button on dashboard when invited

When a user is invited to the hackathon they should recieve an email with a link where they can confirm their attendance. Sometimes, the email may not be delivered so users should have another way of accepting the invite.

To that effect, we should have a button on the dashboard when a user has been invited where they can accept the invite.
