Currently, the tooltip for "Accept" says "Ignore suggestion" which obviously is a typo. Fixed it to say "Link receipt to transaction" like the other accept action's tooltip.

Summary of the problem
Currently, the tooltip for "Accept" says "Ignore suggestion" which obviously is a typo. Contradicting tooltip and button name.
