Add USB Racing Sim Addon Board

Hi @Shaedil! Can you confirm that you may have graduated high school this spring and not last spring? Are you able to send me any up to date documentation of your high school status? The documentation provided is from 2019 and since you're almost 19 it's hard to know if you're still considered a high schooler for this project. My email is daisy@hackclub.com. :)
