first binary release at all

The toolchain can be used with platformio.
This can be done by pointing the platform to my forked avr platform in the file platformio.ini :

;platform = atmelavr
platform = https://github.com/haarer/platform-atmelavr.git

The forked platform definition contains a reference to the manifest.json, which in turn pulls in the toolchain.
