Exclude folders from the build process, copy directly to /publish/

I would like to exclude files/folder from the build process but to include them untouched in the publish folder.
I know I can add entries in build.xml for exclude each file, but wouldn't be nice if there was a line in project.properties similar to:
file.bypass = /js/mylibs/ckeditor/, /img/incrediblebig.png

To clarify, this would be only relevant to all the folders impacted by the concat, minimizing or other optimizations. Essentially, a way to tell the build script to pass through certain files unprocessed (currently we only have the ability to exclude, which also means the files are not copied to publish folder.

Is this syntax correct (path relative to the mylibs folder)?
file.js.bypass = admin.js, /DataTables-1.8.0/, /ckeditor/

In some projects I want to exclude the entire mylibs folder, so I leave the line intentionally empty:
file.js.bypass =
The folder is indeed left untouched, but all the js file are concatenated (not compressed) along with the script.js.

(I'm running latest master branch build script, ant text target, Win7 64bit, latest java & winant)

maiolica you should not have the "/" as far as I know as it is already relative to mylibs folder. Do file an issue if it does not work for you.
