dataloader support for "unwrapped" coordinates

BOTAN - (node + edge) simultaneous learning

Implementation of simultaneous learning of relative motion between neighbors (edge feature) and particle self-motion (node feature), which enables precise prediction of glassy dynamics. Model parameters pretrained on edges are also provided.
