AES-GCM error on Ubuntu 12.04 #5
Description
The issue had been causing the CI to fail on Travis https://travis-ci.org/h2o/picotls/builds/167478359.
To avoid the issue, we have switch to using Ubuntu 14.04 on Travis. But anyways it might be desirable to understand and fix the issue (if possible).
