Xcode 27 (like Xcode 26) no longer supports iOS deployment targets below 15.0, so building the iOS app fails with:

The iOS Simulator deployment target 'IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET' is set to 13.0, but the range of supported deployment target versions is 15.0 to 27.0.x.

This raises the Runner target to 15.0.

Note: the generated Flutter pod (Flutter 3.44.1) still declares 13.0 and fails the same way under Xcode 27. That’s on the Flutter side and ios/Podfile is gitignored here, so I left it out. Building with FLUTTER_XCODE_IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=15.0 works around it for now.

Tested: flutter analyze, flutter test and flutter build ios --simulator with Xcode 27.0, and the app starts in the iPad Air 11-inch (M4) simulator.

Xcode 27 no longer supports iOS deployment targets below 15.0 and fails
the build with "The iOS Simulator deployment target
'IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET' is set to 13.0, but the range of supported
deployment target versions is 15.0 to 27.0.x".
