• Current name "buildify-ai" is generic and doesn't capture the unique arcade gaming aesthetic
• The platform has a distinctive Pac-Man inspired retro gaming design
• "Arcade-Forge" emphasizes both the gaming theme and the app creation/forging aspect
• Alternative: "Prompt-Arcade" highlights both the prompt-based input and arcade theme

This name is memorable, unique, and captures both the arcade aesthetic and the app creation functionality.

• Analyze repository structure and identify all references to current name
• Update package.json (name field)
• Update package-lock.json (name field)
• Update README.md (title and all references)
• Update QUICK-SETUP.md (all references)
• Update app/layout.tsx (metadata title and description)
• Update components/Header.tsx (header display text)
• Update env.example (NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_NAME)
• Verify no other files need updates
• Test that application still runs correctly
