New Feature: Rotation by Selecting North #47

This feature adds the ability to draw a line following a North Arrow on a map and set it's rotation accordingly.

Basic how-to:

Start tool
Click & Drag following the North Arrow from South to North (or whatever line you want facing North)
Done!
