Does icon in hicolor shows if no corresponding icon in suru?

Does I have to copy it to suru dir?

I am not sure that if I add icons to Suru++, it can overwrite the original icons of a plasmoid applet. I need to know if they are hardcoded or not.

No, above is the package of plasma5-applets-ambientnoise-0.4.0-2-any.pkg.tar.xz, it only install it to breeze, dark-breeze, hicolor.
