Car following by sending RDB messages in simulation software VTD.
1.Run "./start.sh" to start.
2.If you want to set x, y offset, please go to unify_imu_lidar.py.
3.You can get some generated files in dir "generatedfiles/".
4.You can also run "python unify_imu_lidar.py" and "python sendRDB.py" to start.
