Unordered keys

Hi, thanks for the lib. I noticed that you are using `Map.keys` to build the XML, but it does not respect the order of the keys, building a XML with keys alphabetically ordered.

For my usage the order of the keys is required, what do you think? Maybe using keyword instead of map?
