What's the problem: US homepage seemingly not indexed by Google. Important section pages – environment, business, technology, Wellness – are not indexed by Google.
What's the impact: Creates extra work for Google to find Guardian content. The homepage of Guardian US and important pages (Well Actually for example) are not directly available on search.
What to do about it: Better linking – look at the /preferences/ link in the top, send that directly to the US homepage. Discuss other ways to improve linking with the site team
