使用CDP(3.0)的无埋点规则，与4.0同步最新的功能模块。
CDP 添加 ignorePage(Activity|Fragment) 接口，用于忽略无埋点页面事件，需要在 onCreate() 时（也就是无埋点事件产生前）设置。
测试步骤
测试升级后，是否符合CDP(3.0)的无埋点规则。
