feat: connecting groq to vercel mcp

Adds a Vercel MCP tutorial notebook demonstrating Groq integration and updates README to include it.

• Tutorials:
  • New Vercel MCP tutorial: Adds tutorials/mcp-vercel/mcp-vercel.ipynb showing how to integrate Groq with Vercel MCP, including:
    • Setup of API credentials (VERCEL_ACCESS_TOKEN, GROQ_API_KEY) and Groq OpenAI-compatible client initialization.
    • Configuration of Vercel MCP tool (https://mcp.vercel.com) with token auth.
    • Example calls for searching documentation and checking domain availability via MCP tools.
    • Overview of available Vercel MCP capabilities (projects, deployments, domains, docs search).
• README:
  • Adds link to the new tutorial under the MCP section: Vercel MCP with Groq.
