Problem Description

I want find my local encrypted database in order to copy it in an external USB key.

It depends on what you think the database is. The main database in AstraCrypt is stored inside the private app directory (inaccessible without root access). It contains only the directory structure, file paths, and metadata in encrypted form (by default). Your files are stored randomly across the private app directory, using both randomised paths and filenames.

There’s no reason to copy anything from the private app directory because everything is tied to the Android Keystore (which stores the encryption keys). Once you delete the app, Android erases all associated keys from the Android Keystore, rendering your data inaccessible.

At the moment, it's impossible to backup your data from the app unless you’ve previously exported it elsewhere. I plan to add a backup/restore function later tho.
