Code Review
This pull request prepares for the v0.1.13 release. The changes correctly update the package version in pyproject.toml and uv.lock, and set the Genshin Impact compatibility version to 6.2, Phase 2. The installation instructions in README.md are also improved by adding the --active flag to uv commands, ensuring the correct virtual environment is used. All changes are appropriate and well-executed for a release staging.
