This alternative design for the GlassUnicorn cube frame consist of a single piece and can be 3D-printed, for example using Shapeways' MJF PA12 process. This is the second design revision which is still slightly experimental. On the first revision, the panels were too loose in the frame, so some dimensions were slightly decreased for a better fit (hopefully). There are no fixtures for any internal electronics such as a controller or batteries yet (except for some simple protrusions). This work remains to be done.
