I think this is a little dubious as Haskell, and by assocation tidal, has semantic whitespace. Im not 100% sure what ghci would expect in terms of numbers of spaces to replace tab chars with, but I don't think it would be 1 space. Supporting tabs properly could get quite complex to avoid getting weird cases of mixed tab/spaces in indentation-sensitive syntax like do-blocks. |
