Hi,
position drifts permanently by exactly one backlash compensation offset after a stop that occurs mid-program. Easy to reproduce with a small program, e.g. for z-axis ($162=0.02mm) and having a dial indicator zeroed at Z = 0:
Stopping while moving up from the dial indicator (stop in ioSender). Then restart the program and run till end.
My build (I did not see any relevant update in newer builds regarding this):
